Our Story
When Patrick was critically ill in November and December, we were housed by an organization called Live4Evan. For a minimal fee we had our own apartment next door to Children’s Hospital. This allowed us to celebrate Katherine’s birthday, Thanksgiving, and the rest of the holiday season with Matthew and Katherine, but also stay within sprinting distance to Patrick. Live4Evan approached me in May about running for them in the iconic Falmouth Road Race. After recovering from COVID, I said yes. Their goal is to get a 5th apartment for families like us (they currently have 4). Please consider donating to this very worthy cause. Thanks!
