My Story…
When I was a kid, my dad suffered from a brain aneurysm that very nearly took his life. He fought hard to obtain a quality of life that allowed him to be a loving father and devoted husband. Even though he struggled with physical deficiencies, he went to college and got his bachelors degree in social work, and dedicated his life to helping folks that were less fortunate than himself. My dad taught me to take on challenges and adversity with a smile, and to cherish every single day. I am asking for donations for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation (BAF), before I run in the Falmouth 7 Mile Road Race in the end of August. BAF is an organization who seeks to raise awareness of the symptoms and risk factors of brain aneurysms to prevent ruptures and subsequent death and disability; work with medical communities to provide support networks to patients and families; and advance research to improve patients’ outcomes and improve lives.
Btw, when’s the last time you had a brain scan?
Donate to help Daniel raise money for The 2022 ASICS Falmouth Road Race’s fundraising campaign.
