Help Kathy raise money

Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page.  I am so very proud and excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race for the MDSC Team.  This is my first 7 mile race and I am training to finish it.  I am continuing the tradition of Ali Guerin who ran for Nat last year.

My daughter, Natalie Lyons, is 25 years old and MDSC has been a huge supporter of our family.  Natalie has had so many great opportunities through MDSC.  She has been involved with AIM, the Self Advocate program, the Buddy Walk, she was featured with her High School Cheer Team in MDSC's Annual Report, and was the featured speaker with her buddy from Northbridge High School at the Educator's Forum at the College of the Holy Cross.  All of these events have given her so many inclusive opportunities.

She continues to amaze us with her spunk, desire, and just all around great personality.  Natalie loves being active and still is involved with activities through MDSC and Special Olympics and we have made life long friends through Nat's activities.   Natalie works one day a week at Tri River Medical Center and attends HMEA Employment Program in Franklin.

Contributions of any size are truly appreciated.  Help me help the MDSC to continue their marvelous work of promoting acceptance and inclusion of all people with Down syndrome.
