My Story…
Hello! I'm so excited to be running for Duffy Health Center and taking part in my first Falmouth Road Race. The mission of Duffy Health Center is to provide equitable, integrated primary health care and support services to persons who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod, and to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and marginalized populations through community collaborations, leadership, and advocacy.
I'm thrilled to be running for such an important cause and partnering with a team that works hard to provide this support to the community. If you are able, please consider supporting my goal of raising $1,500 for Duffy Health Center.
