My Story…
My mom works for The Boston House: Hope and Healing for Children with Cancer. I've worked there a bunch of weekends over the past year and as I have gotten to know more about The House and its mission, I know it to be an incredible place. Since 1979, The House has provided a no-cost or low-cost home away from home for children with cancer and their parents to stay while they seek treatment at Boston Children's Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This year, during the week of August 7th-14th, I will be walking seven miles in the At-Home Edition of the 50th ASICS Falmouth Road Race.
