My Story…
Friends and family - It's not my first year running Falmouth, but it will be my first year running with a purpose. I have pledged and will be running to support Tufts Medical Center's ongoing research to improve medical treatments, as well as show gratitude for the patient care they've provided to my family; i.e. their outstanding medical intervention related to my daughter, Rachel's epilepsy treatment and my husband, Ned's successful cardiac surgeries. Encouraged by my son, Peter who works there, and inspired by my niece, Jenna's recent success running for charity, I plan to lace up my shoes and RUN to raise money for Tufts Medical Center on August 21st. Support Team Tufts MC in the 2022 Falmouth Road Race!
Funds raised through Team Tufts MC will directly support patient care, research to improve medical treatments, training of the next generation of health care professionals and enhancements to the facilities where all this work takes place. Through their fundraising, members of Team Tufts MC will make a meaningful impact on several of our most important strategic initiatives.
