I am honored and excited to announce I'll be running the 2022 Falmouth Road Race for the Lupus Foundation of New England.

This past November, my wife Erin was diagnosed with Lupus - an autoimmune disease causing inflammation affecting your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, lungs, heart, so on and so fourth. 

Erin is an incredible runner - she's run the NYC Marathon and many other races. Since moving to New England three years ago, one of her right-of-passage, bucket list items has been to run Falmouth. She had signed-up to run for the Lupus Foundation in hopes of being well-enough this summer, but we're still working on getting her symptoms, namely joint paint and swelling, under control. There is zero doubt Erin has many Falmouth's ahead of her and probably a Boston Marathon or two as well, but we have decided this year is too soon. In the meantime, I've honored to take her place and hope to make a good showing of my second Falmouth Road Race.
