My Story…

This will be my first year running the Falmouth Road Race for the Quell Foundation. The Quell Foundation strives to reduce the number of suicides, overdoses and the incarceration of people with mental health illness. I am grateful for each donation as we work together to reduce the stigma behind mental health and asking for help.
