My Story…
Hello Everyone,
Surprise surprise! The final Gallahue has joined up to run in the Falmouth Road Race this year in honor of We Beat Cancer and the Big Guy himself. Many thought this day would never come, mostly because I routinely said it would never come but I can't sit on the sidelines forever!
For those who don't know our story my dad Jeff Gallahue battled throat cancer and saw through his experiences the immense amount of stress cancer treatments put on families in ways one wouldn't think of. He started We Beat Cancer with the goal of helping those families and providing them the financial support that add up drastically over the course of treatment such as meals, parking, transportation, and so so much more. I'm proud to be able to jump in and help out as much as possible as we aim to help improve people's lives while they go through one of the hardest things a family can go through.
All money raised goes DIRECTLY to people in need, no finnicky red tape we go straight to the source and connect with the families who need it most.
Any donation in any form would be greatly appreciated!
Looking forward to the race as I have to begin training ASAP - hope to see you at the finish line (have a blue can in hand if you really care)
Thank you,
Patrick
