Hello thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the Falmouth Road Race. The charity I am raising money for is the Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation. This organization is a non profit that helps deliver accessible healthcare options to all Cape Cod residents. Any donation amount helps thank you :)
Description
The Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation is a registered charity created to support Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital, the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod and critical services including the Dementia & Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support program, the JML Care Center and the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice. Because of your generosity, Cape Cod Healthcare remains a non-profit, independent community-based healthcare system and delivers the highest quality, accessible health services, which enhance the health of all Cape Cod residents and visitors.
