My Story…
As a survivor of cardiac arrest, I have a lot to be grateful for. I am trying to give back to the people who helped save my life by running a 10km race on October 15th to raise money for the 9runrun charity. 9runrun provides mental health support for first responders- without whom I would not have this second chance at life.
