After struggling with getting pregnant and mourning 2 early miscarriages, John and I made a wish on the 2018 new year to get pregnant. Little did we know, a few weeks later we would finally get a positive pregnancy test and the little girl we had always hoped for!

The pregnancy journey didn’t go as we had imagined and unfortunately our little Winry Elizabeth was diagnosed with Trisomy 13. We lost her at 18w6d of gestation.  

Being induced was an experience John and I never thought we would have to experience. The compassion showed by the NILMDTS photographer will forever be remembered. The photographic memories captured that day will always be treasured.

We miss our little angel everyday and Winry Elizabeth will forever be remembered.

The NILMDTS Remembrance Walk, "Our Journey Together" is for parents, family members, and friends to come together to remember a precious baby who has died due to miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, neonatal or any type of pregnancy or infant loss. A donation in the amount of $125 is equivalent to the NILMDTS cost in delivering one photographic session of a baby, which is valued at $2,000.
