Our story…
Our family has been on this JDM journey for almost 7 years and the Paediatric Rheumatology department has been the cornerstone of support and treatment all this time. By donating to Cassie + Friends through this walk/fundraiser you are providing support in many ways to families that have a child with a rheumatic disease. Thank you so much for your support as we continue on this journey and seek to connect with and support other families through Cassie + Friends!
