As someone with chronic migraine, I know I'm not alone in the world, though it sure feels like it most of the time. Unable to work, fearful of going anywhere because of triggers and unpredictable flare-ups/attacks...the quality of life can be less than optimal. But events like these remind me that others are on the same path I am, and we walk it together and support each other. I'm also reminded that my many loved ones, whether they have migraine or not, are helping me out however they can, whether it's joining my team and walking with me or contributing financially to this worthy organization (which in turn directly benefits me 😁). So what do you say? Will you give me a hand?
