As most of you know I have been diagnosed with chronic migraines for 16 years! Migraines are more than just a headache and can make daily living extremely difficult. They can be long lasting, require injections, daily medications, rounds of steroids, and hospital admissions. I have been fortunate enough to have incredible doctors in both Canada and the USA.
