Peachtree City Running Club

Donate to help raise money for the Peachtree City Running Club fundraising campaign. The Peachtree City Running Club is a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax deductible. 

The Peachtree City Running Club was founded in 1981. Since then, our club has grown to be one of the largest running clubs in the Metro Atlanta area. We intend for 2022 to be a growing year for our running club. We plan to re-invest funds into our beautiful city and improve the equipment belonging to our club. In doing so, we hope to support our local running/walking community and support more non-profit races and events. 

Considering that we have over 100 miles of cart paths and running trails, Peachtree City has done a great job of maintaining our paths. If you didn't know, most of the water fountains along the pathways were donated by The Peachtree City Running Club. We are proud of this contribution - but it has come to our attention that some of the water fountains have come into disrepair and/or in need of replacing. 

Our first initiative will be to replace the water fountain at Luther Glass Park (aka Three Ponds). It is aging and not freeze resistant. This location is on our PTC Classic Route and the 10K Route; it is one of the most popular running/walking locations in our city. In addition, there are other water fountains that are in need of repair. 

Not only will we be replacing and repairing water fountains, but we intend to reinvest into The Peachtree City Running Club by purchasing our own Chip Timing Equipment. This equipment will allow us to save money on future non-profit races and group events. In addition, we hope to purchase new club equipment, tents, and signage for group runs and social events. Any little donation will be greatly appreciated.
