Our story…
After surviving my SCAD in July 2017 when Connor was 4, Matthew was 2, and Christopher was 13 days old, I feel a huge responsibility to raise awareness and funds for SCAD research. So much remains unknown about this event (causes, prevention, predisposition, reducing recurrence, etc.), and women are still dying when they don't make it to the ER in time, receive an incorrect diagnosis, or are not believed because they are young and healthy. Our family is fighting (and walking/running) to change that, and we hope you'll join the fight too.
