Our story…
My name is Marisa Mariella and I am the Vice-Chair of the Suicide Prevention Community Council of Hamilton, a charitable non-profit organization of professionals and individuals interested in suicide prevention and its related issues. We work together to promote awareness and create change through leadership, advocacy, and education.
As the host of Marisa's Easy Kitchen, I have a passion for cooking, not just to make food to eat but as a way of supporting wellness and building community. Nothing says "I care" more than offering your family and friends a gift of homemade food. Ultimately, it is these special bonds, often nurtured while sharing a meal, that promote wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
