Join us for the Screaming Pumpkin through Springdale Cemetery. Chills and thrills will keep you motivated as you run or walk through our 2 mile walk, 6.55 mile run, half marathon, full marathon, or full marathon relay! Run or walk if you dare. Once you start, there is no turning back.
The half, full, and relay are prediction runs. Finish before 10PM! The winner is the closest to 10PM without going over.

The Yellow Bear Foundation is a non-profit organization empowering communities to spread awareness and fund research of Primary Immunodeficiency (PI). With more research, we hope to help create a future with improvement of diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life of persons with PI.

- What is a prediction run?
- A prediction run requires you to predict how long it will take you to complete the course so that you finish as close to 10:00pm, as possible.
- What is the latest time I can start my run?
- Course Opens at 4:00pm; Marathon/Relay Latest Start: 6:10pm; Half Marathon Latest Start: 8:15pm
- 6.55 Mile Start: 6:00pm
- 2 Mile Start: 6:02pm
- Will I need a headlamp?
- Yes. The course will also be guided by glow sticks.
- Will I be chased by anything?
- No. You will not be chased by anything.
- Do I have to be off the course by 10:00pm?
- Yes. Marathoners, Relay Teams, and Half Marathoners will not be allowed to start the last loop after 9:15pm.
- Can I bring spectators to cheer me on? Is there a fee for them to watch?
- Yes. Of course! They can watch you run in lower Glen Oak Park or purchase tickets to the viewing party inside the cemetery. There is no fee for spectators, unless they are joining the viewing party.
- Where do I park?
- Woodruff High School
- Will there be nourishment?
- Yes. The race is exclusively sponsored by Liquid Death. There will be GU Energy packets. All finishers will receive a La Gondola torpedo.
- What is the proper attire?
- Costume encouraged and we will have Sparklee Body Art beginning at 4:00pm to complete your Halloween look!
- When is packet pickup?
- Friday at RC Outfitters (311 SW Water Street, FL-1, Peoria, IL) from 11:00am-6:00pm.
- Saturday at Lower Glen Oak Park 3:30pm-5:00pm.
- Are there finisher medals?
- Yes. There are finisher medals awarded to 10K, marathon relay, marathon, and half marathon runners.
- All runners will receive a long-sleeve race shirt. Half marathon and marathon runners will receive a Yellow Bear quarter zip.
