Laskey’s Lucky Ones and Volunteers, LLOV, is a total rehabilitation rescue. We address not only the physical rehabilitation of our animals, but their emotional and behavioral needs as well. Mind, Body and Soul. Fostering is the most important way to help dogs in need. LLOV values its fosters as the beating heart of our rescue. Fostering saves lives.
