We believe that all children and youth should be given the same opportunities in life.
Help us support the physical and mental health of local children and youth! Encouraging children to try new experiences and develop their talents, interests, and passions helps to enhance their personal growth and development by learning valuable life and social skills, developing friendships, and engaging in their community.
About Free to Grow
The Free to Grow Program at the Children's Foundation nurtures the physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being of children and youth by funding recreational and life-skill opportunities such as sports, arts, camps, driver's education training and leadership development as well as providing funding for mental health counseling, referred to us from CMHA.
Supporting 5K Your Way ensures that children can continue in activities they love even when times are tough for their family.
