My Story…
Sienna was born 3 1/2 months too early after we learned she didn't have a heartbeat at a routine appointment. We heard her heartbeat exactly a week earlier and the next day her movement stopped. We were supposed to get her heart checked in June because we were told she had a 2 vessel cord at her anatomy scan. Sienna didn't make it to June. The autopsy has determined that she had a hypercoiled cord and a stricture in her vessel so she wasn't getting the proper nutrients and blood flow she needed to survive.
Sienna was born into our arms, silently, on May 21st, 2022 at 1:03AM.
