My Story…
Hi Friends and Family,
This year I am participating in the Perogy Run for the Movement Centre of Manitoba. The past year has been a year of transformation for me with my brain surgery for my epilepsy this past October. After my surgery, the Movement Centre provided me 1:1 therapy to get back on track after my hemispherotomy. Once I regained my strength, I got back to my once a week Wednesday all day session with my buddies where I am challenged physically, socially, cognitively and emotionally. This safe place provides me a home away from home where I can be myself, try new things and gain the support and expertise to reach my full potential.

Friends and family of the Movement Centre of Manitoba will wheel, walk and run in the Perogy Run on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Kildonan Park! and Kids and adults living with neuro-motor disabilities - have relied on the Centre for hope, freedom and independence. Clients of the Movement Centre are living their best lives thanks to the unique rehabilitation therapy provided there.
Our goal is $100,000 and every dollar counts!
