Our story…
Sharon, who has lived with MS for over 30 years, is back in her weekly program at the Movement Centre! For the first time since the pandemic started, Mom stood independently last week for over 2 minutes!!! Currently, in order for Mom to leave her home, she requires a wheelchair accessible vehicle. She has been working hard to stand & pivot in order to have the freedom to "hop" into her family's vehicles again.
Without the Movement Centre, Mom otherwise wouldn't have access to programming that helps her live her best life.

Description
Friends and family of the Movement Centre of Manitoba will wheel, walk and run in the Perogy Run on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Kildonan Park! and Kids and adults living with neuro-motor disabilities - have relied on the Centre for hope, freedom and independence. Clients of the Movement Centre are living their best lives thanks to the unique rehabilitation therapy provided there.
Our goal is $100,000 and every dollar counts!
