Our story…
My mom, Sherry Shove, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in summer 2021. Since then, her tumor has remained stable (and we're so grateful!), but her continued chemo treatments have been rough. For the second consecutive year, I'm "showing up for Sherry" by running this race in her honor. I'm also participating in memory of Anna Shove and Tommy Pacello.
Your support of the Kosten Foundation will help fund pancreatic cancer research and the Memphis-area pancreatic cancer support group. I'd love for you to join my team for this run/walk event. If you can't attend, consider donating or registering as a spirit runner/walker.
