The 12th Annual Keep Pounding 5K will take place on Saturday, June 4, 2022 in Charlotte, NC. We are thrilled to welcome participants back to Bank of America Stadium for this beloved community event as we raise vital funds for cancer research and patient care at Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute and Atrium Health Levine Children's.

Schedule
6:45 a.m. | Participant check-in begins outside Levine Cancer Institute I (1021 Morehead Medical Dr, Charlotte, NC 28204).
7:45 a.m. | Pep rally led by special guests from the Carolina Panthers.
8:00 a.m. | Race begins.
9:00 a.m. | Award Ceremony begins inside Bank of America Stadium.
9:30 a.m. | Transportation shuttle service begins to bring participants back to their vehicles at Levine Cancer Institute. Shuttle transportation is for race participants only.
The 12th Annual Keep Pounding 5K will begin outside Levine Cancer Institute I (1021 Morehead Medical Dr, Charlotte, NC 28204). From the starting line, participants will run/walk westbound on E. Morehead St., turning right on 4th St. and right on Graham St., before entering Bank of America Stadium.
Signs will be clearly marked, and volunteers will be stationed at each checkpoint.
