The event will be held on Sunday, September 4th, 2022.

Participation Fee: ANG 15,-

Please note: Your registration is completed and confirmed ONLY AFTER payment is received by cash at Nature's Discount Caracasbaai or Rooseveltweg starting July 15th to September 2nd. We DO NOT Reserve any spots with Pre-Registration, please make payment before the event reaches maximum capacity of 500 participants.

Participants will receive:

• Nature's Discount Walk & Run Bib-number with Chip
• Nature's Discount 2022 Finisher's Medal

There will be NO Race-Day Bib Pick Up or Payment on September 4th 2022.

Registration & Payment Closes on Friday September 2nd, when Nature's Discount stores closes at 6.00 P.M. OR if event sells out earlier.

NOTE: All participants MUST pre-register online AND pay at one of the Nature's Discount Stores to have a guaranteed spot. Only payment secures your spot in the event. If you pre-register and do not pay in time you run the risk of the event selling out and being left out.

Awards Ceremony Takes Place at 7.45 A.M. on September 4th
