I have been changed forever by the strength and character of those that have fought cancer - those diagnosed and the family/friends that have fought with them. Watching many endure incredible pain with courage, strength and hope makes them all my heroes. Personally, it is very important to show them my love, honor, and respect. One way that I try to do that is by participating in an annual cancer walk. Every year for over 10 years, I ask for help to reach my goal to participate in the Georgia Cancer Alliance's Teal Trot in Atlanta.
