March 13, 2023 marks ten years since my aunt Christl passed from Alzheimer's dementia, so it seemed fitting to choose the Alzheimer's Association as my preferred fundraiser organization. Whether Alzheimer's has touched your family or you just realize cardio isn't my jam and want to be supportive, your donations are appreciated. Should a USCG Hawaiian shirt make an appearance on race day it's for the late Ryan King, MMA XC coach "just a guy with great hair trying to run fast."
