The Cambridge Half Marathon + 5K are USATF certified courses that start & finish at CambridgeSide. Both scenic courses will have you running alongside the Charles River, on Memorial Drive.

Cambridge Half Marathon - Charity Runner Closed

2023 Cambridge Half Marathon athletes will get a quarter-zip pullover in the color Light Heathered Grey.
2023 5K participants will get a long sleeve t-shirt in the color Navy.
AWARDS
All finishers will receive a race medal. Half marathon finishers will receive a medal with a navy ribbon. 5K finishers will receive a medal with a light blue ribbon.
A total of $6,500 is available in prize money & bonuses.
- Prize money, including bonus, are distributed equally for both men and women in the open division.
- Prize money distribution is based upon gun time results.
- A review of the results will occur prior to the awards ceremony and prize money disbursements.
- Decisions of the race referee are final and cannot be contested.

Age group awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in the following divisions:
- Overall
- 18 and under

- 60-69
- 70-79
- 80+
Winners will be notified via email the Friday after the race. Awards are mailed approximately 2 weeks after the race as they are engraved.
