Join us for the Winter Classic 5K

Join us for a chilly run of the Winter Classic 5K!
Start and finish in beautiful downtown Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Make it a winter stroll or an all-out sprint down Mass Ave. The course is fast and flat so you can get back to the finish line sooner!
Festive attire is encouraged but not mandatory.

Runners can choose either a long sleeve gender-specific tech shirt OR a cozy winter running hat -- your choice! You can have BOTH for an extra $12. All race swag must be picked up during bib pick-up hours before the race. Race swag will not be mailed unless you are participating virtually.

VIP TEAMS

Designed to reward our most loyal fans, the VIP Team Program is hands down, the best way to experience any Cambridge Classic 5K.
Your group can register as a Social Team or a Company Team.

Social teams are made up of friends, family, running buddies, work friends or any combination of the like.

Company teams are made up of employees from one company.
Teams of 20+ registered runners earn a team tent which can be accessed before and after the event. Use it as a meeting place before the race or party central post-race. Tents include a table & will be loaded with goodies for members of the team to enjoy post-race.
To qualify for a team tent, your team must reach the minimum number of registered runners by the team deadline - Sunday, November 26th.

Largest Teams Win!

A ridiculously oversized trophy will be given to the largest Social and Company Teams.

You can create your team or add yourself to one during registration. If you are not sure if your team has already been created, use the VIEW TEAMS tab to find out.

AWARDS

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers AND the top 3 male and female finishers in each of the following age divisions:
  • under 14
  • 14-18
  • 19-29
  • 30-39
  • 40-49
  • 50-59
  • 60-69
  • 70-79
  • 80+

Winners will be notified via email the Friday after the race. Awards are mailed approximately 2 weeks after the race as they are engraved. There is no day-of award ceremony.
