Donations to MountainTrue will support resilient forests and clean waters across the southern Blue Ridge.
Your donation funds four Riverkeepers and a Western Region Clean Waters Team who work to reduce water pollution, minimizing levels of harmful bacteria, sediment, and excess nutrients in our rivers, lakes, and streams; a Public Lands Team who are hard at work ensuring a management plan for the Nantahala-Pisgah National Forests that protects our natural carbon sinks, reduce habitat destruction, and promotes biodiversity; and a Land-Use Team that promotes community planning so that our continued growth doesn’t come at the expense of our environment.
