Did you miss earning the Canadian 'N' medal? Now you can 'Catch Up', and Earn the third of the CANADA Medals, so you'll be ready for the 2023 EPIC Canadian event, and the fourth letter of your collection.
Participants are responsible to complete a 5K distance of their own choice, can be with friends, and can be simultaneously while completing another event.
Participants will receive their Canadian 'N' medal and a custom event bib - either during 2023 race kit pick up, OR mailed with their 2023 Virtual race kit if they are participating in our virtual event, OR can be mailed in advance by selecting the mailing option below).
