My Story…
As a proud and new member of the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center (HCC) team, I will be taking the 15 Mile ride challenge in this inaugural Rush to Crush Cancer cycling event. I am riding for the following personal and professional reasons:
1. Honoring my family members being long-time cancer survivors, an outcome that wouldn't be possible without the cutting-edge cancer treatments through funded research.
2. Raising awareness and financial support for the Cellular Therapy Research & Care that aims to eradicate cancers at HCC.
3. Shouting out to my wonderful laboratory colleagues and professionals (@UPMC IMCPL & @UPMC HSC Laboratory) for being the bedrock of the UPMC Cellular Therapy Operation.
