Thank you for taking the time to read this message. I will be participating in the Wear Red Canada Movement Challenge this year and I have committed to walking 10 km on February 13, 2023.

Wear Red Canada Movement Challenge helps raise awareness about women’s heart health which is very important to me. My mother and grandmother were both taken to young as a result of heart disease. I will be walking 10 kilometres in memory of my late mother, Linda Boutilier and my late grandmother, Inez Seaward. Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
