Our story…
Hey there!
Luke and I chose the Champaign County Humane Society as our fundraiser because we had so many years of happiness with our cats Dew + Sweetie! We adopted them when they were over 2 years old and got a "BOGO" deal - so we want to pay it forward for other folks looking for new furry friends to join their families.
This will be the third half marathon that we run together - we've already run them in our new homes (Nashville, TN for me and St. Louis, MO for Luke) but are thrilled for the opportunity to return home to Champaign, IL and run a half marathon together where we grew up.
