My Story…
It's time for... a charity run!!! On April 30th I'll be running 10km in support of my friends Steph Annie, Andrew Ironside and Rachel Thiessen and the amazing work their doing with Youth Unlimited in Etobicoke and the GTA (https://www.yugta.ca/). Youth Unlimited serves thousands of young people each year through grassroots initiatives across the city, including the Young Parents program and Lakeshore Soccer League in South Etobicoke. I have seen the soccer League in action for YEARS and its an incredible program that offers an affordable, safe and fun soccer experience for families who need it. The Young Parents program is an amazing program that provides support, love, and basic needs to new young parents under the age of 25. I love these guys and the amazing work they do, and I am privileged to run alongside them to support their programs!

Description
There are over 1 million young people in the Toronto Area alone. Youth Unlimited’s vision is to see every one of them transformed by God's love. Our hope is that by cultivating relationships with caring adults who will mentor and cheer them on, our young people will be able to bring about positive change to our city – both now and in the future. In order to come alongside young people to address their unique challenges and vulnerabilities, Youth Unlimited partners with local churches and organizations in grassroots programming to foster the wholistic transformation of young people and their communities.
