4 Mile
The 4-mile race starts at the Adventure Pavilion parking lot and continues onto the East Main Trail. Run the East Main Trail loop to the Adventure Pavilion parking lot to the finish line.
9 Mile
The 9-mile race starts in the Adventure Pavilion parking lot and runs around the Channel Loop to the North Main Trail entrance. Run Figure 8 then continue onto the North Main Trail (including the finger that runs north/south along the river). After heading south on the North Main Trail continue on the South Main Trail. Run the Carpet, Goat Hill, and Toilet Bowl loops. Complete the South Main Trail, go past the Lake Loop, and run down the access road towards the finish line. Turn left into the back of the Adventure Pavilion parking lot to the finish line.
13 Mile
The 13-mile race starts in the Adventure Pavilion parking lot and runs around the Channel Loop to the North Main Trail entrance. Run Figure 8 then continue onto the North Main Trail (including the finger that runs north/south along the river). After heading south on the North Main Trail continue on the South Main Trail. Run the Carpet, Goat Hill, and Toilet Bowl loops. Complete the South Main Trail, go past the Lake Loop, and run down the access road towards the finish line. Pass the Adventure Pavilion parking lot and continue onto the East Main Trail. Run the East Main Trail loop and then run into the back of the Adventure Pavilion parking lot to the finish line.
