In September 2011 my 3-year-old son Alexander was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He underwent 5 brutal rounds of chemotherapy and a cord-blood transplant Jan 3 2012. Our family of 3 small boys was separated for a year.
At the end of treatment, Make a Wish was there. Thanks to donors like you, our family was able to spend a healing week in Orlando, Florida and make new, happy memories.
