My Story…
Hello everyone!
Fr. Nathan Munsch is a very dear member of the monastic community here at Saint Vincent Archabbey. He is bright scholar, a hilarious comedian, and a devout priest. Recently, Fr. Nathan has been diagnosed with Lugaric's disease (ALS), a disease that develops in the nervous system that weakens muscles and impacts physical function. He is an inspiration to the monastery as he has embraced the illness with such grace and humility.
This year, I hope to run the Pittsburgh Marathon to help raise money for the ALS Association: Western PA Chapter. This organization has helped the monastery care for Fr. Nathan by providing tips, technology, and different tools. The monastery is very grateful for the association's support in helping Fr. Nathan remain as independent as possible.
Thank you so much for your continued prayers and donations. God bless!
