My Story…
Two years ago, I was only able to run the Pittsburgh Half Marathon with a virtual run due to the peak of pandemic. After hibernating for almost 2 years, I have signed up to run the Pittsburgh Half Marathon again this May. I am hope to run the Back Half (the second half of the marathon course) by participating RUN FOR A REASON with your help.
I have kept my commitment to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank since pandemic, which has provided millions of meals to people in need in the area. It seems that more and more people have struggled with hunger during pandemic and even now, as many of them have lost their food benefit programs.
I would like to connect my run with a purpose-- to help more people in hunger. I chose to raise money for the Food Bank as my official charity.
I sincerely appreciate your generosity for those in need and also helping me to reach my goal that I can run the Back Half of the marathon on May 7, 2023. To make it more challenging, I also signed up for "Steel Challenge" with a 5K run the day before the Half Marathon race.
Thank you very much! Please cheer for me!
