My Story…
I have been a pastor since 2006 in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Central to my personal expression of faith is my strong belief in the importance of justice and equity.
I first became familiar with Open Hand Ministries because my church has contributed financially to them in the past. Structural racism is an insidious reality in our nation and, although we don't always see or recognize it, a huge problem in Pittsburgh. I'm inspired by the work Open Hand Ministries does to further justice and equity by empowering those in our community to achieve greater financial security and freedom. You can learn more about their wonderful work on their website: www.openhandpgh.org.
Please consider contributing to Open Hand Ministries. Even a small amount will make a difference and further their amazing work in Pittsburgh. Thank you!!!
