Why I support The Pittsburgh Project
Hey everyone- I've been training and finally signed up for my first irl marathon (I completed one virtually during the lockdowns). I started running when I lived in Pittsburgh so it's a perfect place to start a new distance. I know and love this city.
On the first day of the lockdowns, I started to run daily to bring structure to my day. Running helps me feel better mentally and physically. I've been running every day since. #keepyourdistance
A good friend told me about the opportunity to run in Pittsburgh as part of a fundraising team. I decided to join The Pittsburgh Project team because I believe in their mission of sharing hope, empowering youth, and building community. If you'd like to support me and this amazing charity as I "Run for a reason", I'd appreciate it.
