Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! This will be my first time running in a 10km race!
If you know me, you'll know I do not 'run'. But make no mistake, this is what peak male performance looks like at 33 years old with a few ankle fractures, a partially torn acl and most recently in April, whiplash and trauma from a collision. That being said, I have set a target and will be training with above average effort to lay down a sub 60 minute 10km time (something I have never done).
Whether you're family, friend or stranger, your support is greatly appreciated! Your donation will NOT be funding my chicken wing and beer habit but through my fundraising page, deliver much-needed funds deliver critical camp-inspired programs that bring joy and laughter to kids and families during their most challenging times, at no cost to them.

Help bring joy and laughter to kids affected by cancer or serious illness
A diagnosis of childhood cancer or serious illness changes life in an instant. For kids and families, their schedule suddenly revolves around medical appointments and hospital stays, with long absences from school. There is no time for simple joys like friendships, birthday parties or sport activities.
Campfire Circle is passionate about helping kids to just be kids, once again. By supporting their in-hospital, community and overnight camp programs, you will help bring joy and laughter to kids and families during their most challenging times, at no cost to them.
