My Story…
Hi, I am going to be running the Calgary Half Marathon to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer Canada. This horrific disease took my amazing Dad and sadly has one of the worst survival rates of any cancer. Since Dad's death, I have become involved alot with PCC and am now a Peer Support Volunteer, helping those going through similar situations. I would be so grateful for all donations towards finding a cure for this cancer - thank you so much!!
Description
We aren’t looking for sympathy. We’re looking for results. That means raising survival rates by funding research, as well as increasing awareness, education and patient support. We’ve invested nearly $4 million across Canada. Which means we’re on the cusp of a breakthrough in early detection, treatment and improving patient outcomes.
