My Story…
HI 👋
Aside for checking a box on Lori’s 40th year wish list, we really thought running a marathon was a great way to raise money for a worthy cause. We just did training, and life, over sharing our intention to fundraise. You cant take the Howdle/Rapley out of the blood!! Since it’s race day tomorrow, I think we technically have 24 hours?!
Lori has inspired me with her dedication to this wild goal despite an insanely busy schedule. I’d like to surprise her with sharing we did the fundraising part too!
We chose Canadian Cancer Society as our charity as we were praying for a miracle for Uncle Ken at the time of registering.
We’re both feeling very nervous going into tomorrow. Training was great…until May :( Hoping we have the stamina and knee power to get us through.
Thanks for any consideration and prayers for us you give! Also a huge thanks to all those who have encouraged and supported us throughout the last few months, your words and time is very much appreciated.
Lots of love Xoxoxo
