My Story…
Hello friends,
In 2006, I was biking in Belgium and wondered right into the middle of a road race. The energy was high and I wanted to be a part of it. Since then, I've learned that I do not particularly enjoy running; the physical exertion is hard for me. I like it best once I've finished. But I keep running because its a community and an energy outlet for me. Running has connected me with like-minded people who have become my dearest friends. Running allows me to push my limits. Running has taken me to some beautiful places. Running has taught me gratitude for my health. And most of all, running has given me a platform to do good for others.
This May, I am running for young people and families that need our help. Just as I have the scale, skill and heart to finish this half marathon, Trellis has the scale, skill and heart to unlock human potential across generations. If you can spare a dollar, please consider donating to my page and to Trellis Society.

Thank you! Trellis Society is thrilled to announce that with your support, we have successfully surpassed the $50,000 goal. Trellis acknowledges that this achievement has been made possible by generous donors like you, corporate partner, MEG Energy and matching partner, Bluevale Capital Group, who has matched funds totaling $25,000! For those who have not had a chance to donate and would still like to contribute, donations will be accepted until June 23, 2023.
Funds raised support Calgary and surrounding area through a broad spectrum of programs focusing on Youth Housing and Shelter, Education, Employment, Early Childhood Development, Immigration and New Canadians, Foster Care, Residential and Treatment Facilities, Clubs and Experiential Learning, and Indigenous Initiatives.
