The 3 kids and I are going to take on the 5k obstacle course known as FoamFest!! In my journey of self discovery and health, I decided last year to join this year NO MATTER WHAT! Even if I cannot complete each and every obstacle, I plan to do my darndest and have a foamy blast with my kiddos. I want to show them to show up for themselves, even when things seem difficult or even impossible: Just committing to doing the best you can do to stay healthy, have fun and step out of your comfort zone...it is ALL WORTH the effort!
And the bonus is that it is supporting a great cause. Any donations to the Make a Wish in support of our Team "Sassykidz" are welcome!
