My Story…

I'm running the Ottawa 10k presented by Otto's Ottawa, to raise awareness and funding for the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health.

The Royal provides critical services to those in our community with mental wellness challenges. It conducts research into the functioning of the brain, and advocates for those with mental health issues.
