Aidez Martina à recueillir des fonds

Sebastian and I are honored to be a part of Sindy’s MEMC team this year, both of us running the 5k - this will be his first and based on his training so far, my money is on him crossing the finish line first :)

As many of you know, Sindy has been an inspiration to me for the past 10 years reminding each of us to Make Every Moment Count and to venture out of our comfort zone.  Thanks to her, I have completed 3 half-marathons, 1 marathon and now have 2 Olympic triathlons under my belt.  I see the positive influence that my increased active lifestyle has been for Sebastian who sees firsthand the benefits of good nutrition and physical activity as he pushes himself in his various sports, whether it be downhill skiing, tennis, running and triathlons.
